          In case the product is Damaged/ Crossed the expiry date 

  • Please contact us or our customer support at hello@primittive.com or reach out to us at +91 7593899099 within 24 hrs of receiving the delivery with substantial proof as requested by us.

  • Please give detailed information about the order number, image of invoice, 1 outer packaging image, 2-4 clear images of damaged product to be sent by email or what's app. 

  • We will be more than happy to re-send and replace the product(s) promptly and we will work with you on providing a solution which suits our best interests.

  • Kindly note that you will receive a response to your Email within 24hrs during a business week and within 48hrs during holidays and complete support will be provided thereafter.

  • Please bear in mind that incase of multiple item shipments, only the damaged product can be returned and replaced.

       In case of receiving a spoilt product

  • Please give detailed information about the order number, image of invoice, date of packaging/ date of manufacture, clear images or video of the product 1 outer packaging image, 2-4 clear images of damaged product to be sent by email or what's app.

  • Please bear in mind that we will not accept any returns due to change in taste, aroma, texture or color as our products are completely natural and procured or handmade in small batches. How ever we ensure that all our products are of premium quality and high nutritional value.

  • We will replace the product after a thorough diligence and assure a fair solution which suits our best interests.

  • Kindly bear in mind that on such deliverables we won't process a refund request. How ever, we will be pleased to re-send /replace the missing or the wrong product.
